Clay County Animals

Compassion - Care - Responsibility

Our Mission

The Mission of the Clay County Humane Society is to make a difference in the lives of animals and the community. We are a charitable 501(c3) organization promoting responsible pet ownership. The CCHS is dedicated to creating a world where our relationships with animals is guided by compassion. Our goal is to help prevent animal cruelty and place abandoned, adoptable, healthy pets in loving new homes. We cherish our animal companions for their unconditional affection and acceptance. We seek a truly humane society in which animals are respected for their intrinsic value, and where the human-animal bond is strengthened and seen.

And we wouldn’t be anywhere without the assistance of other non-profits. At left are links to some of the amazing organizations that have helped us find homes for many of our animals. We can’t thank you enough!

Thanks for caring.
